The minimum increment of service is one month. There is a one-time US$20 order processing fee, and the first month's service is free. There is no refund of the order processing fee.

Renewals are billed one month at a time. You may elect a subscription period of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. After the service period is complete, you will be notified to use this page to renew.
You may cancel the service at any time within the first 7 days of a month and your credit card will not be billed for that month's renewal.

Mib Software reserves the right to refuse to honor orders or renewals deemed frivolous or abusive of this policy or terms of service. Mib Software reserves the right to limit subscribers to guarantee adequate service.

As of May 1, 2003, Mib Software is not processing credit card orders for this service. Information at these web pages is not up to date. Customers can still receive INN support by telephone.
