Complete this order form to request "newsrA+e" (tm) Usenet server comparisons.

The cost of this service is US$20/month per machine sampled.
There is a one-time US$20 setup fee.

Billing, Cancellation, Renewal, and Refund Policies.
The minimum increment of service is one month. The first month's payment and US$20 setup
fee is due in full after 7 daily reports are sent. Your card will be billed at that time.

You may cancel the service at any time before the 7th report is sent, and owe nothing more. There is no refund or partial refund if you elect to cancel the service after that.

After one month, you will be advised via email that the service period is complete, and you are asked to confirm a renewal for 1, 2, or 3 months. If not confirmed, reports will stop within 7 days, no payment is due, and no billing will be done.

Renewals are billed one month at a time.

Mib Software reserves the right to refuse to honor orders or renewals deemed frivolous or abusive of this policy or terms of service. Mib Software reserves the right to limit subscribers to guarantee adequate service.

By submitting this request, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Service. Mib Software is not responsible for any consequences of providing, and/or failing to provide sample reports and data, or inaccuracies thereof.

What happens next:

Your order is processed by hand, so that proper setup and verification can be done.
This processing is done in batches.
When access to the server has been verified, you will be sent a confirmation message,
stating when reports will start. (It takes at least 2 sample days to collect enough data for
the first report.)
After 7 reports are sent, your credit card will be billed. (See the billing policies above.)
If there are any problems accessing your server, you will be contacted via email.

Note: If you don't receive the confirmation e-mail within 7 days, send e-mail to newsrate@mibsoftware.com. It is likely that the email address we have for you is not correct, and we have no way to contact you!
